Answers about finding a coach, booking a session, and how Courtigo works. If yours is not here, there is a way to reach a person at the bottom.
Courtigo is where you find a private coach for padel, tennis or pickleball and ask them for a session. We introduce players and coaches.
We are not a club, an employer, an agency or an insurer, and we do not deliver the coaching ourselves. Coaches are independent professionals: the session, its price, its quality and its safety are between the coach and the player.

That is the whole list today. If a sport is not on it, it is not something you can book here yet.

Which areas exist inside them is decided by the catalogue in the app, not by this page: use the area filter on the search screen to see what is really there.
Link to this answerNo. You can search for coaches and open a coach's page without signing up.
You need an account to ask for a session, to message a coach, and to see anything of your own.
Link to this answerSearch by sport and area. Each coach has a page with what they teach, where they teach it, their rate and their availability.
You can also save coaches you like and follow them: when a coach you follow opens a new session, it reaches you. You choose which kinds of session you want to hear about.
Link to this answerA coach applies, and a person at Courtigo reviews the application before the coach can appear in search. Coaches are asked for documents as part of that review.
That is a check on paperwork and plausibility. It is not a guarantee about how a session will go: the coaching itself is between you and the coach.
Link to this answerA booking on Courtigo is a request. It becomes real only when the coach accepts it — until then nothing is committed.
You will see the request move from pending to accepted or declined, and you get a notification when it does.
Link to this answerYes. As well as one-to-one sessions, a coach can open a session that other players join.
If you have joined one, you can leave it from the session page as long as it has not already happened.
Link to this answerCancel it in the app, and tell the other person. Either side can cancel: you from the session, the coach from their dashboard.
Courtigo does not charge a cancellation fee, because Courtigo does not handle the money for a session today. Anything already agreed about payment is between you and the coach.
Link to this answerTell us. Open the coach's page and use the Report control there, or send us a support request.
Repeated no-shows cost the account. A coach can also mark a session as not held, which is recorded differently from an ordinary cancellation.
Link to this answerYes, once a session has actually been completed. A session that was cancelled or did not happen does not open a review.
Link to this answerCreate a coach account and complete the application: who you are, what you teach, where, and your rate.
You will be asked for documents. A person at Courtigo reviews the application, and your profile goes into search once it is approved and the requirements are met.
Link to this answerBecause players are meeting a stranger in person, and a name on a screen is not enough.
The documents go into private storage. Only Courtigo staff can open them, opening one is recorded, and they are not shown to players.
Link to this answerYou set your availability, and players see the times you have opened when they look at your page.
A time that is already taken stops being offered. And if Courtigo cannot read whether a time is free, the page says so instead of showing a calendar that might be wrong: an empty slot you never had is worse than an error you can see.
Link to this answerIt arrives as a request, and it is not committed until you accept it. You accept or decline from your dashboard, and the player is notified either way.
After the session you mark it completed — or, if it did not happen, you say so, which is recorded as its own outcome.
Link to this answerBeing approved is not the only requirement: your profile also has to meet the conditions for appearing publicly, and a missing or expired document is the usual reason it does not.
Check your application page — it tells you what is missing. If it looks complete and you still cannot be found, send us a support request.
Link to this answerCourtigo does not take payments in the app today. You settle the session directly with your coach, in whatever way the two of you agree.
That means Courtigo never asks you for card details, and no one from Courtigo will ask you to pay them for a session.
Link to this answerIt is set by that coach, and it is indicative until they confirm the session.
If anything about the price is unclear, ask the coach before the session rather than after it.
Link to this answerPaying your coach directly is how a session is settled today, so being asked to pay the coach is not itself a warning sign.
What is a warning sign is anyone asking you to pay Courtigo, asking for card details, or pushing you off the app before a coach has accepted anything. Report that person from their profile, and tell us.

Courtigo does not hold, forward or take a cut of that money today, and it does not pay you out.
Link to this answerUse "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. We email you a link that lets you set a new one.
The link is single use and expires. If it has, ask for another one.
Link to this answerYes, in Settings. You can turn off email and push for each kind of update separately.
Two things stay on: messages about your account's security, and replies to a support request you opened yourself. An answer you never see is worse than no answer.

The Privacy Policy says what happens to your data when you do.
Link to this answerThe Privacy Policy is the answer to this one, and it is written to be read rather than skimmed.
Two things worth knowing here: Courtigo has no analytics or advertising trackers, and a report you make about another person is never shown to them.
Link to this answerOpen Help and support from your account and send a request. It stays there with our replies until it is done, and you get a notification when we answer.
We have not set a response time, so we are not going to promise one. What we can promise is that nothing gets lost.
Link to this answerUse Report a problem, in Help and support. It is the one to use when a button does nothing, a page fails, or a number looks wrong.
It attaches a short, fixed list of technical details — which screen, when, the app build, your browser and window size — and it shows you every one of them before you send. You can leave them out, and you can add a screenshot yourself. Nothing is ever captured automatically.
Link to this answerThat is not a support question and it is not a bug: open that person's profile and use the Report control there. It carries their name, so there is no doubt who you are reporting.
The report is never shown to the person you reported. It goes to Courtigo staff, and repeated problems cost the account.
Link to this answerTry the password reset first — it fixes most of these.
If you still cannot get in, you cannot open a support request either, because that needs you to be signed in. Write to us by email instead and say which address the account uses.

Help and supportA button that does nothing, a page that fails, a number that is wrong. That is a different thing from a question, and it goes to the people who write the code. Signing in is needed for this one too.
Report a problemCannot sign in at all? Then you cannot open a request either. Write to support@playcourtigo.com and tell us which email address the account uses.
Reporting a person is none of the above. Open their profile in the app and use the Report control there — it carries their name, so you can see who you are reporting. It is handled separately, with different care, and it is never shown to them.
