Terms of Service

Courtigo is a place to find a private sports coach in Dubai and ask them for a session. We introduce players and coaches. We are not a sports club, an employer, an agency or an insurer, and we do not deliver the coaching ourselves.

Coaches are independent professionals. The session itself, its price, its quality and its safety are between the coach and the player.

• You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
• Give a real name and an email address you actually check: it is how the other side recognises you and how we reach you.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.

You can delete your account whenever you want, from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

A booking on Courtigo is a request. It becomes real only when the coach accepts it. Until then nothing is committed.

Courtigo does not currently take payments. You pay the coach directly, in the way the two of you agree. Prices shown on a coach's page are set by that coach and are indicative until they confirm.

If you can't make it, cancel in the app and tell the coach. If a coach doesn't show up, tell us: repeated no-shows cost the account.

• You are responsible for your own licences, permits, insurance and taxes, and for having the right to teach at the venues you list.
• Everything on your profile must be true: qualifications, experience, prices, availability, photos you have the right to use.
• Answer requests within the time shown. Requests you ignore expire.
• Notes you write about a client are visible to that client. Write them accordingly.

Reviews come from players who booked a session. Write about what actually happened. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or bought and sold, and we don't remove reviews just because they are unflattering.

• Break the law, or the rules of the venues you play at.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, on or off the court.
• Scrape, copy or resell the platform's content, or try to break into other people's accounts.
• Use Courtigo to advertise something other than coaching, or to push people onto another platform.

We can suspend or close an account that does any of this, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Physical training carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for being fit enough to do so. Get medical advice if you have any doubt. Courtigo is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a session.

We work to keep Courtigo up and correct, but we provide it as it is. We don't promise that a coach is available, qualified for your needs, or a good fit, and we don't promise the service will never be down.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid to Courtigo, which today is nothing.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using Courtigo after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
