Answers about finding a coach, booking a session, and how Courtigo works. If yours is not here, there is a way to reach a person at the bottom.

The basics

What is Courtigo?

Courtigo is where you find a private coach for padel, tennis or pickleball and ask them for a session. We introduce players and coaches.

We are not a club, an employer, an agency or an insurer, and we do not deliver the coaching ourselves. Coaches are independent professionals: the session, its price, its quality and its safety are between the coach and the player.

Which sports can I book?

Padel, tennis and pickleball.

That is the whole list today. If a sport is not on it, it is not something you can book here yet.

Where does Courtigo work?

Dubai and Abu Dhabi City.

Which areas exist inside them is decided by the catalogue in the app, not by this page: use the area filter on the search screen to see what is really there.

Booking a session

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel it in the app, and tell the other person. Either side can cancel: you from the session, the coach from their dashboard.

Courtigo does not charge a cancellation fee, because Courtigo does not handle the money for a session today. Anything already agreed about payment is between you and the coach.

Coaching on Courtigo

How do I start coaching on Courtigo?

Create a coach account and complete the application: who you are, what you teach, where, and your rate.

You will be asked for documents. A person at Courtigo reviews the application, and your profile goes into search once it is approved and the requirements are met.

Why do you ask for documents?

Because players are meeting a stranger in person, and a name on a screen is not enough.

The documents go into private storage. Only Courtigo staff can open them, opening one is recorded, and they are not shown to players.

How do players know when I am free?

You set your availability, and players see the times you have opened when they look at your page.

A time that is already taken stops being offered. And if Courtigo cannot read whether a time is free, the page says so instead of showing a calendar that might be wrong: an empty slot you never had is worse than an error you can see.

What happens when a player asks for a session?

It arrives as a request, and it is not committed until you accept it. You accept or decline from your dashboard, and the player is notified either way.

After the session you mark it completed — or, if it did not happen, you say so, which is recorded as its own outcome.

My profile is not showing in search. Why?

Being approved is not the only requirement: your profile also has to meet the conditions for appearing publicly, and a missing or expired document is the usual reason it does not.

Check your application page — it tells you what is missing. If it looks complete and you still cannot be found, send us a support request.

Prices and paying

How do I get paid?

Courtigo does not take payments in the app today. You settle the session directly with your coach, in whatever way the two of you agree.

Courtigo does not hold, forward or take a cut of that money today, and it does not pay you out.

Your account

I forgot my password.

Use "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. We email you a link that lets you set a new one.

The link is single use and expires. If it has, ask for another one.

Can I choose what you email me about?

Yes, in Settings. You can turn off email and push for each kind of update separately.

Two things stay on: messages about your account's security, and replies to a support request you opened yourself. An answer you never see is worse than no answer.

How do I delete my account?

From Settings. You type the word DELETE to confirm, because no account should disappear on a mis-tap.

The Privacy Policy says what happens to your data when you do.

Who can see my details?

The Privacy Policy is the answer to this one, and it is written to be read rather than skimmed.

Two things worth knowing here: Courtigo has no analytics or advertising trackers, and a report you make about another person is never shown to them.

When something is wrong

How do I get help from a person?

Open Help and support from your account and send a request. It stays there with our replies until it is done, and you get a notification when we answer.

We have not set a response time, so we are not going to promise one. What we can promise is that nothing gets lost.

Something in the app is broken. Where do I say so?

Use Report a problem, in Help and support. It is the one to use when a button does nothing, a page fails, or a number looks wrong.

It attaches a short, fixed list of technical details — which screen, when, the app build, your browser and window size — and it shows you every one of them before you send. You can leave them out, and you can add a screenshot yourself. Nothing is ever captured automatically.

Someone behaved badly. What do I do?

That is not a support question and it is not a bug: open that person's profile and use the Report control there. It carries their name, so there is no doubt who you are reporting.

The report is never shown to the person you reported. It goes to Courtigo staff, and repeated problems cost the account.

I cannot get into my account at all.

Try the password reset first — it fixes most of these.

If you still cannot get in, you cannot open a support request either, because that needs you to be signed in. Write to us by email instead and say which address the account uses.

Still stuck?

Ask us something

Send a request from your account and it stays there, with our replies, until it is done. You need to be signed in — it is how we know whose request it is.

We have not set a response time, so we are not going to promise one.

Help and support

Something in the app is broken

A button that does nothing, a page that fails, a number that is wrong. That is a different thing from a question, and it goes to the people who write the code. Signing in is needed for this one too.

Report a problem

Cannot sign in at all? Then you cannot open a request either. Write to support@playcourtigo.com and tell us which email address the account uses.

Reporting a person is none of the above. Open their profile in the app and use the Report control there — it carries their name, so you can see who you are reporting. It is handled separately, with different care, and it is never shown to them.
