Delete your account

Open Courtigo, sign in, and go to Profile → Delete my account. You type DELETE and confirm with your password, and the deletion happens right away.

Write to privacy@playcourtigo.com with the subject Account deletion request. Send it from the email address on your Courtigo account; if you no longer have access to that address, tell us the address of the account and enough for us to verify it is yours.

The request leads to the same deletion as the in-app path. We confirm once it is done.

Your login, your name, phone number and photos, your messages, your coach profile and availability, your reviews, your support requests, your verification documents, and your notification subscriptions.

A few records stay after deletion, with the account reduced to an anonymous marker instead of a name:

• Bookings and payment records stay as business and accounting records, with no name attached.
• Reviews written about a coach stay if other people wrote them; they can no longer be traced to a deleted account.
• Safety reports stay where the law and the safety of other users require it.
• Consent records stay as proof that the account existed and agreed to our terms.
